Shipping and returns

The short answers to what we are asked most.

Shipping

Orders leave our kitchen within three working days in padded boxes. Delivery within the United States usually takes two to five days after dispatch. We do not ship honey to infants' nurseries or ask anyone to give honey to children under one year old.

Damaged jars

If a jar arrives broken, send us a photo through the contact page and we will replace it.

Crystallised honey

Raw honey sets over time. It is still good: stand the jar in warm water and stir until it loosens.

Wholesale

Shops and cafés can order by the case. Ask us for the current price list through the contact page.
